Step-by-step Guide on Fiat Services
Important Note: You must pass Level 2 Verification before you can access fiat services.
Open a USD Wallet
2. Click “Open USD Wallet” to begin creating an account with Prime Trust. If you do not see the option to “Open USD Wallet”, please contact customer support via live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Select “Next” to proceed.
4. By opening a USD Wallet, you agree to the creation of a Prime Trust account and that HBUS and Prime Trust may share information with each other about you, your financial information, and your transactions, subject to each company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
If you agree, type your name under “Electronic Signature” exactly as it appears on your identification documents and select “I Agree”.
5. It may take 3 to 5 business days for your account to be approved by Prime Trust. You will receive an email from email@example.com once your account is approved and ready for deposit. If you do not receive an email within 5 business days, contact us via live chat or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Initiate a WIRE Deposit
2. Under “USD Deposit/Withdraw”: “Deposit”, enter the Amount (amount must be larger than 100 USD) and select “Deposit”.
3. A Transfer Request will be created. Enter the “Name on Bank Account” exactly as it appears on your identification documents and click to “Submit”.
4. Print the Deposit Information that appears on your screen and bring it to your bank’s local branch or via online banking (if supported) to initiate the wire deposit.
Note: Wire transfers typically take 1 business day to process, but may take up to 3 business days to process after a deposit is initiated. Please contact your bank directly if the funds do not appear in your USD Wallet.
Initiate a WIRE Withdrawal
2. Under “USD Deposit/Withdraw”: “Withdraw”, select the Transfer Type (Domestic only), enter the Amount (amount must be larger than 100 USD), and select “Withdraw”.
3. For WIRE Withdrawals, you must enter the below information and select “Continue”.
- Name of Bank*
- Name on Bank Account* (Name on bank account must match the name on your HBUS account)
- Routing Number*
- Account Number*
- Recipient’s Phone Number*
- Reference Number
4. Review Transfer Request and click “Submit”.
5. Once submitted, you will receive an email from Prime Trust. You must open this email and click on the link to confirm the withdrawal information or the transaction will not be processed.
Note: Wire transfers typically take 1 business day to process, but may take up to 3 business days to arrive in your bank account after a withdrawal is initiated. Please contact customer support if the funds do not appear in your bank account.
